Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yopi app and website (the “Service”), provided by Yopi. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service, and have permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 18.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for all activity on it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

Subscriptions, credits and payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Introductory offers (for example a discounted first week) renew at the regular price shown in the app unless you cancel.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as described in the app.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and prompts you upload, and of the results you create, to the extent the law allows. You give us a limited license to host, process and display your content only to provide the Service to you.

You confirm that you have all rights needed for the content you upload, including the permission of every person shown in it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that:

  • shows a person without their consent, or impersonates or deceives others about a real person;
  • involves minors in any sexual or harmful way, or uploads images of minors;
  • is sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, violent or threatening;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, or uses celebrities or public figures without permission;
  • is used for fraud, misinformation, or to break any law.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated results

Results are created by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to results made by others. Do not present AI-generated content of real people as genuine, and label it as AI-generated where required.

Our service

The app, its design, templates, software and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
